Father Factor Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families, supporting youth, and creating safer, healthier communities through mentorship, outreach, violence prevention, and family-centered programs. We empower fathers, uplift young people, and provide resources that help families heal, grow, and thrive. Our Mission
Est. 2004, Father Factor Inc., 501 © 3, is one of the District’s premier fatherhood, parenting training, substance abuse & violence prevention initiatives. Father Factor Inc. provides counseling, education, referral, and training services for the entire family.
